Release Wanaka - Penrith Point has direct access to the lake tracks via a gate at the bottom of the garden. We recommend a car to explore Wanaka and the surrounding area.

Please be aware that this property is managed by ‘Release Wanaka’. We are a local Wanaka property management business and we are legally responsible for the care of the property. We require a fully refundable security bond for each booking. This will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure, as long as no loss or damage has occurred at the property. We require credit card details either before you arrive or on the day of arrival. The security bond for Penrith Point is NZ$2500.

There is a one off booking management fee of NZ$250.
