Best Beach Cottage in Avalon.

We could not recommend this beautiful cottage enough. The absolute perfect location walking distance to everything in Avalon and a 2min drive to whale or palm beach. Dee was an amazing host everything in the house is super clean & low maintenance. We will definitely be back this year!

Fabulous cottage in Avalon Beach

We very much enjoyed our time at Avalon Beach Cottage. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed with lots of thoughtful touches to make for a relaxing break. Great location, easy walk to the beach and Avalon shops. Dee and Colin are wonderful hosts - very thoughtful and considerate. Spoilt us with a bottle of champagne in the fridge on arrival as well as some milk for a cuppa. Highly recommended.

Avalon Beach stay

The experience at Avalon beach was fantastic. The property's ideal location allowed for easy access to the stunning beach, vibrant surf scene, a nearby dog park, and the trendy Avalon village with its variety of restaurants and cafes. The beach property itself is beautifully decorated, well-equipped for families (including furry friends), and the host, Dee, was wonderful in providing local insights and meeting additional needs. A solid five out of five for a memorable stay.

Simply wonderful

A beautiful cottage in a simply stunning part of Australia. Avalon Beach Cottage exceeded our expectations, and Dee & Colin were great hosts. We will be back many times in the future. Thank you for opening your cottage to us. John & Sam (and Daisy).

Avalon Beach Cottage…. Amazing!

Dee makes you feel at home straight away! No sooner had we walked into a pristine white cottage, than Dee was pointing out the champagne in the fridge. Perfect after our short drive from Sydney. The property is so well located to the beach, Avalon and all that it has to offer. Such a great spot for a few days, we will definitely be back!

Picture Perfect Place ❤️

We rented The Cottage to stay at while we got married in Whale beach. Dee was kind enough to allow our family to get ready with us on the day and her house made the perfect back drop for our photo's. The Cottage was absolutely immaculate. Every little thing was thought out. From the shells on the towels, the choccys on the counter to the Champagne chilling in the fridge. Every little thing was just perfect! Even our children were thrilled to find the paw patrol toys and not stopped played with the ring toss out the front. Such an awesome stay. Can't wait to return for our anniversaries in the future!

Gorgeous house, great location

We had a wonderful mini break at the Avalon Beach Cottage - hopefully the first of many more visits! Wonderful hospitality and so close to the beach!

Beach retreat

We had a wonderful week staying at Dee’s beautiful beach bungalow in Avalon. It is a quick (1 minute) walk to the pristine beach and stunning local coastline walks. The home is beautifully appointed and the beds very comfortable with a relaxing area and a lawn off of the kitchen for sitting and reading and dining. We will be back as soon as we can to enjoy the beach and the serenity Jo

Perfect cottage for a short stay

This was the perfect place for a few days near the beach. It is cosy but just right for us a couple with our dogs, and everything you need has been thought of and included; kitchen utensils, BBQ, coffee machine, champagne, Netflix etc. It is quiet with a fenced front yard perfect for the dogs, and a moment's walk to the beach or to a decent cafe. Check in process was effortless and Dee was a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

Perfect little beach cottage

The beautiful cottage is absolute perfection. Exquisitely styled, exceptionally clean and well maintained and a short walk to the beach this cottage is very thing you could hope for and more from a beach getaway. I could not recommend it more.

Great location close to beach

We had a wonderful 4 days staying in Avalon Beach Cottage. It is an easy 2 minute walk to the beach and also an easy 10 minute walk to Avalon shops. The accommodation is set up with everything you need. We look forward to a return stay. Jo

Amazing cottage and location

We had a fantastic 4 days at Dee’s cottage. It’s a traditional cottage but brand new inside, perfect for a relaxing stay as the beach is a 4 minute walk (with no roads to cross) - great for surfing or just hanging out. Also the house has more than the basics - coffee machine, sandwich press, basic and not so basic cooking items (vegemite :)) which makes it easy.Dee was a pleasure to deal with, including letting us check out a bit later so our toddler could have a nap. We’ll be back!

Beautiful stay

The cottage is as listed - cute, compact and well appointed. Beds are very comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Perfect location for stroll to beach and local Avalon shops and cinema. Thanks Dee for hosting us.
