This coastal home is perfect for getaways year round, with 10 minute walks to the front and back beaches, including local’s favourite Sullivan Bay, and private key access to the nearby Settler’s Cove tennis court and barbeque area.

Half an hour’s stroll down the beach takes you into Sorrento itself for some evening promenading exploring the delightful shops, cafes and restaurants at the centre of the town, including the eagerly awaited new InterContinental Hotel with its ocean views, wellness centre, beer garden and late-night dance floor. Numerous hiking trails in the area can be enjoyed, alongside the Mornington Peninsula’s wonderful selection of wineries offering lunches and tastings. There is certainly plenty to explore and enjoy in the nearby areas.

The three upstairs bedrooms (sleeps 7) all feature super comfortable bedding with down duvets and the downstairs rumpus is set up with a sofabed for two more - this also doubles as a quiet office working space with desk setup, or a perfect teens area offering a second TV and cupboards housing loads of clean, maintained toys and games for all ages, along with books to enjoy.

Take comfort in the open plan dining and lounge, with decks by the living area, a fabulous BBQ bench and outdoor dining. The wood fireplace is ready to keep you warm on cooler nights inside and if you want to enjoy the outdoors even more there is a long dining table with seating in the back garden. Additional chairs circle a fire pit, all set within a lush moonah tree garden which are uplit for a special evening atmosphere. The front deck and back garden area both offer up a super relaxing feeling of being “up in the trees”. This is a quiet neighbourhood where you can sleep peacefully and really feel as though you are able to get away from it all.
