Beautiful beach house

The property is very clean and beautiful. It has everything a family could want, a nice pool area, very close to the beach, and plenty of beach chairs and supplies. The company was very easy to get ahold of and accommodating. The house is on the main strip but we didn’t have any issues with excessive noise during our visit. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

You won't regret this rental

Four adutls and three kids, 9,8,5. The place is gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice. Convenient to pretty much everything. Literally steps from the beach which is clean and uncrowded. Easy to reach across the street which was surprisingly not very busy. All beach items supplied. The pool was awesome as well. If we go back to Ft Myers Beach, we will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Home in Excellent location for 50th Birthday Trip

Beautiful property in a prime location! Easy walking to lot sac of shops and restaurants as well as so close to the beach you won’t believe it. Hone is beautiful very well maintained and lots of amenities- more than any house I’ve stayed before - Very Very Clean - pool temp was perfect and game room was a hit with the kids . Highly recommend this home there is not one negative about this home in my opinion . We will be back

Estero beach stay

We had a really nice stay the house is lovely and had a lot of nice extras. Beach chairs coolers umbrellas for the beach ect. The beach is so close and the outside area and pool are wonderful. The only negative we could say is that the master bedroom sits directly on the street and it was very loud at night with trucks,horns and sirens. We were there during spring break so maybe it’s quieter at other times.

Thanks for the review. I live on Fort Myrtis Beach closer to the back bay and I also heard many sirens this week. March break can be a very noisy time of year with lots of traffic. We have impact insulated glass in all the windows which helps to abate the noise. The wonderful Gulf views from the lanai,s overlooking them Gulf are awesome. We hope to have you return next year.

Great Trip!

We stayed shortly after the two most recent hurricanes so our view is probably a little skewed but we still had the best time! The island is absolutely a work in progress but had everything we needed, including an essentially private beach one block from the house. Communication leading up to the trip was great and everything with the house was in great condition when we arrived. The house is larger than it looks in pictures and really had everything we needed including cooking essentials, towels, beach chairs/umbrellas, bug spray, games, etc. The beds were very comfortable. There was more than enough space for 5 adults. We loved enjoying the pool in between beach days as well. We can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay again

Family Vacation

The house, pool, and location all exceeded expectations. The availability of very good restaurants within a 10 minute drive were plentiful. The house being located on the main road was not an issue for noise or crossing during our stay, however in prime season could potentially be an issue. The most unfortunate thing was the beach. The large amount of red drift algae on the beach smelled bad and limited our time in the sand. Overall we had a great time. One suggestion is to update the pictures and description of the house if possible.

Very nice place, property was very clean. Had everything you needed to enjoy your stay at the pool or on the beach. Would definitely rent the property again, one of the cleaniest and updated VRBO's we have rented.

Amazing week at the beach

Great stay! The house fit everyone’s needs. Close to beach and restaurants. House fits 8 best but can squeeze 10 if needed. The pool and lanai worked great! A TV in o e bedroom was broken at check-in. Property managers were quick to come take a look and resolve.

Amazing property

This is an amazing property, with easy beach access. The property provides everything you need for the beach. Chairs, towels, wagon etc… it’s all there. The property was extremely clean and well taken care of the property manager was very easy to get ahold of before our stay and during our stay when I had a question. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect family vacation property

Perfect spot for family vacation. Plenty of space to spread out but also to gather. Nice decor; great layout; clean and well maintained. Lots of kitchen supplies, towels, as well as beach supplies. The property is a quick walk to the beach.

Perfect vaca home!

This was the best beach house from VRBO we have ever had! The house was immaculate when we got there. The location is perfect, a quick walk to the beach. Plenty of linens including beach towels. Wagon, beach chairs, toys, coolers…you name it it’s there! The game room was so much fun - a little smelly when we got there but once we left the door open for a couple days it was fine. Furniture was comfortable,, TVs were nice. Was within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants

Fish Smell

The renters before us must have cooked fish or went fishing and then left all of the scraps in the garbage cans outside because for our entire weeks stay the outdoors smelled of rotting fish. We couldn't enjoy the balconies due to the overwhelming smell. And the garbage cans were completely filled so it was difficult to add any of our trash bags. When we went to empty the cans on Thursday they were filled with maggots and the trash man commented on how horrific this smell was.

Dear Kaetlyn, I am very sorry to hear about the fish smell. I wish I would of received a phone call over this matter. We answer the phone 24/7 and would of had a team member over there as soon as possible to take care of it. We do bleach the trash cans twice a month, but unfortunately these things can occur especially with guests going on fishing trips and bringing the fish back to the home to cook on the grill. If something like this ever happens while you are renting a home, please give the property manager a call and they will be happy to assist any of your needs.

First time renting a house with our own pool!

Not thrilled with the location and the noise due to fire station being very close and house being very close to busy street! Traffic daily from 3pm till about 8 pm or longer. A bit further south was much nicer but the house was very nice and any issues were addressed immediately. We loved having our private pool.
