Entire Unit: Guests will have full access to the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit, including the living area, kitchen, and bathroom.

Parking: Guests may park in the designated Bay #8, visitor bays, or on the street in front of the complex.

Shared Complex Areas: The driveway, pathways, and any shared spaces in the complex must be used respectfully.

The unit is a retro, older-style property with plenty of charm but not recently renovated. If you’re looking for a modern, luxury stay, this might not be the right fit.

Complex Environment:

This unit is part of a quiet complex with other residents. Please respect the shared spaces and maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

Accessibility:

The unit is located on the ground floor.

Proximity to Attractions:

You’re just a short walk to Scarborough Beach, cafes, shops, and entertainment.

Air Conditioning:

Living room has air conditioning available and will keep the whole house cool. Ceiling Fans are in the bedrooms for your comfort.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time: 2pm
Check-out time: 10am
Late check-outs or early check-ins may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.

Pets Allowed on request:

Guest must pay a pet fee if they wish to bring their small dog, cat or birds. This must be pre-approved by the host prior to your stay.

Self Check-In:

Guests can enjoy the convenience of self check-in using a key lockbox. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit. You may smoke outside but dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Parking:

Guests are permitted to park only in:
Allocated Bay #8
Visitor Bays
Street Parking in front of the complex.
Please ensure you do not park in other residents’ bays.

No Parties or Loud Socialising:

This is a no-party property. Excessive noise or gatherings that disturb other residents are not allowed and you will be evicted immediately.

Respect the Neighbors:

Be considerate of others living in the complex. Avoid disruptive behavior at all times.

General Tidiness:

Please keep shared areas like the garden, driveway or pathways clean and free of rubbish.

Guests and Visitors:

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors are welcome during the day but must be pre-approved by the host. All visitors must also respect the house rules.

Trash Disposal:

Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided. Ensure bins are not overfilled and secure lids properly.

Safety:

Ensure the unit is locked when you leave. Keep valuables secure, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Care for the Property:

This is an older property with character; please treat it with care. Report any damages immediately.
