This is a no-party property. Excessive noise or gatherings that disturb other residents are not allowed and you will be evicted immediately.
Respect the Neighbors:
Be considerate of others living in the complex. Avoid disruptive behavior at all times.
General Tidiness:
Please keep shared areas like the garden, driveway or pathways clean and free of rubbish.
Guests and Visitors:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors are welcome during the day but must be pre-approved by the host. All visitors must also respect the house rules.
Trash Disposal:
Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided. Ensure bins are not overfilled and secure lids properly.
Safety:
Ensure the unit is locked when you leave. Keep valuables secure, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
