Welcome to our newly renovated townhouse in Bentleigh East. Sleeps up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms and a study configured as an extra bedroom. Modern interior, fully equipped kitchen, and stylish living area. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, just moments away from the renowned Chadstone Shopping Centre, a shopper's paradise, where you can indulge in a world of retail therapy, restaurants and entertainment options.
The property is a cosy townhouse with open plan living, dining and kitchen downstairs. Two good sized bedrooms upstairs with a study converted to an extra (third) bedroom. Please note the study has a skylight but no external windows, so the door should be kept open at night for ventilation. The main bathroom is upstairs which includes a bath, toilet and large shower. There is also a powder room / laundry downstairs.
There are two split system airconditioners; one upstairs in the hallway connecting the bedrooms and a larger unit downstairs in the kitchen which can comfortably heat or cool the downstairs space.
The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher as well as an island bench for cooking.
The property has a deck at the back for outdoor dining as well as a single lock-up garage and space for a second car in the driveway.
