Please respect quiet hours to maintain a peaceful environment for both the property and neighbours. Keep noise levels low during these hours.

3. No Smoking Inside
Smoking is permitted only in the front yard. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and respect the non-smoking areas.

4. Toilet Use
Only use the toilet for pee, poo, and water. No other items should be flushed to prevent pipe blockages and potential sewage backups.

5. Garbage Separation
Green Bin: Food waste, pizza boxes, tissues, and similar organic materials.
Blue Bin: Bottles, cans, paper, cardboard, and plastic containers.
Black Bin: Other household trash.

6. Handle Furniture with Care
Be mindful of the furniture, particularly the sofa and seating areas. Treat all pieces gently to ensure their longevity.

7. Firepit in the Front Yard
Supervision is required at all times when using the firepit. Ensure the fire is completely extinguished after use.

8. No Animals Allowed
For the comfort of all guests, pets or animals are not allowed.
