Smart home features sleep number beds, free internet, and several large smart TVs so you can stream all of your favorite shows and subscription services. Perfect for corporate travelers, a family vacation, ski getaway, or a trip to the city, this home is sure to please. Located just four blocks from the park strip and across the street from West Chester Lagoon and the Coastal Trail System. It is a great place to walk, ride bikes, and explore in your down time. Great place for a business visit...

In Anchorage for a short business trip with a colleague - a much better option than a hotel, house was clean and well equipped and comfortable. Host was a great communicator and easy to deal with when we had to change the dates of our stay - thanks!

Perfect place for the last leg of our Alaska trip - close to everything downtown and right next to fantastic bike trails for running and hiking. It had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

Great property with everything you need!

We stayed in Anchorage for two nights before boarding our cruise. This property was perfect - plenty of room for the 6 of us! It had everything would could need, from towels and dishes to hairdryers and laundry pods. The property was super clean and right next to a park trail.

We just loved staying here. Jeremy was so helpful. We had a problem with one of the sleep number beds (which are so comfortable) and he even face timed us to remedy the situation. I would highly recommend this place!!

Our Anchorage portion of vacation

The condo is very clean and the amenities appear new. Check in and out was easy and the host, Jeremy, was accommodating. The instructions on checking in/out rules were spelled out clearly. The condo was roomy and had all kitchen item for someone like us to make a sumple meal. We felt welcome and at home away from home. Thank you!

Exactly as Advertised

This property was perfect for our family of 4. We were only there to sleep and shower but we were comfortable while we are there. I appreciated the black out blinds with drapes to cover any bits of light coming through. It made sleeping easy. The location was great - safe and close to down town. I would stay again.

Very nice, clean and comfortable home

The house was great and just as described. Beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, blankets, etc.. The house sits just across the street from the start of some great trails. There was a little traffic noise on a busy street that is close by - but nothing too bad.

Great Location and Accommodation for family of 6

The property was beautifully renovated….modern and stylish… and although we had two issues, the property manager Jeff was quick to respond and wonderfully attentive - especially looking for the passport my daughter lost! Beds were sooo comfortable, two full baths helped with 6 people needing showering, kitchen was modern and well equipped, we enjoyed using outside grill. Location is walkable to downtown or $8-12 to Uber. We will be referring this property to other friends who will be taking cruises out of Anchorage.

Location, location, location!!!!

It was SO COZY and felt like home to us! Location was incredible! Daily walks were some of our highlights.. so much to see on these hikes. This host goes ABOVE and BEYOND! Tons of extras that he didn’t have to do. I’ve stayed at places with nothing.. including no salt and pepper. With this place were spices, appliances, perfect pillows, coffee, tea. iron, blow dried.. laundry soap!!! NOTHING MISSING! (We only ran out to get creamer) Darling home that we would rent again!!

Great location and nice house

The location was very convenient to Anchorage and the surrounding areas. The house was clean and well maintained. The waking trail and lagoon is a short distance from the house and easily accessible. The home was well equipped with coffee maker, coffee, spices, sugar, all utensils, plates, etc. plenty of towels and toiletries for our entire stay, even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! My youngest used the Queen air mattress which was super comfortable. Very nice home and helpful hosts, we highly recommend it!

Too Bad About the Dog Smell

I am a frequent traveler for work and leisure, but normally do not write reviews. In this case I did so because I think it is Information I myself would have liked to know. The Good: Our check-in was simple as they generally are when just using a door code. The house itself is in a great area for walking, biking, and enjoying the outdoor beauty. The property is well maintained and instructions were simple.The Unfortunate: As soon as we walked in the door we were hit with an intense dog smell. It so pungent we were required to open the windows (which didn’t help much). At the time we considered reaching out to VRBO and asking to cancel the booking, but alas we’re exhausted from 14 hours of travel. I need to point out, I have a dog back at home in DC and I’m not hypersensitive to the smell of dog in a home. However, both us staying agreed it was uncomfortably intense and were stunned each time we returned from being out to the property. It’s unfortunate as the location, unit, and price were all acceptable. Hopefully it is something the owner can work on in the future. Either way, I would have wanted to know about the issue.

Welcome to Anchorage!

A perfect stop to start our Alaska adventure! It is very convenient to the airport which was very helpful as 3 of our party were delayed until 10:00 pm. It was so easy to return and pick them up late at night after a long day of travel! Didn’t do any cooking but coffee machine was great! Place is spotless and hosts provided great information and hospitality! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I chose this location because as they say ... location location location! It is close to just about anything I could want to do but it is quiet and comfortable when I want to relax at home.

I love the space, close to the most beautiful part of Anchorage. The neighbors are friendly. It is so easy to enjoy Alaska simply by walking out the front door and crossing the street into one of the most beautiful parks in Anchorage. Many locals as well as visitors come to this park to ride bikes, enjoy the beauty and the wildlife. Any season makes this the perfect location.
