Summary:
A beautifully restored Federation terrace in the heart of Woolloomooloo — one of Sydney's most storied inner-city neighbourhoods. Three floors of design-led living with warm, curated interiors, three generous bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an open-plan living space that flows to a private terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, premium linens, and climate control throughout. The Space:
Spread across three floors, the terrace offers three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a generous open-plan living and dining area that flows seamlessly to a sun-drenched courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ — made for long lunches and slow evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances. Climate control runs throughout, and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected. Each bedroom has its own TV, and professionally laundered linens and towels are provided throughout.
The top-floor master is a loft-style retreat with a private ensuite and views over Woolloomooloo. The second bedroom features a queen bed and private balcony. The third is a comfortable queen room. All bathrooms are stocked with premium amenities — shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap — and a curated local guidebook is waiting to help you explore the neighbourhood properly.
Collected/Places Woolloomooloo suits those who travel with discernment. Families, groups of friends, or couples who want space without sacrificing style. People who appreciate design that isn't just decorative — but considered, layered, and alive.
This is Sydney at its most liveable. Come and stay a while.

The Neighborhood:
Step outside and Sydney opens up. Woolloomooloo sits at a rare intersection — harbour-side calm with inner-city energy. The Finger Wharf and its acclaimed restaurants are a five-minute walk. The Royal Botanic Garden, the Opera House, and the CBD are all within easy reach on foot. Potts Point's celebrated dining and café scene is next door. St James and Kings Cross stations are five minutes' walk, with direct lines to the airport and Bondi. You genuinely don't need a car.
The neighbourhood rewards those who explore slowly — laneways, heritage terraces, waterfront walks, and some of the best eating, drinking and culture in the city within a few blocks. Art galleries, iconic Sydney pubs, independent theatres and a weekend farmers market are all on the doorstep.
Woolloomooloo has long captured the imagination. Ernest Hemingway referenced it in The Sun Also Rises, drawn to its vivid, somewhat gritty character — a quality the neighbourhood has never entirely lost, and which gives it an authenticity that more polished Sydney suburbs lack. More recently it served as a backdrop in Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby. It is true inner-city living, and worth knowing that the area's community spirit extends to a number of social services nearby — something that speaks to its character as much as its charm.
