What our guests don't like about our listing as much: - No A/C so some rooms can get warm during the summer months. - The surrounding areas are being developed, no grass or green areas at the front yet. - Fence and backyard are not finished yet.
You have full and total access to the suite during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber WEM or Downtown.
Other things to note There is keyless entry to our home. Full check in instructions will be shared with you after security deposit has been provided.
We have security cameras installed (main entrance, back door entrance, above garage doors at the back ) for safety of all of our guests. All cameras record to the cloud 24/7, for security purposes.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
**PLEASE NOTE** - WE DO REQUIRE A $700 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT TO BE PAID. The refundable security deposit will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay).
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. This applies for instant bookings too, additional questions may be asked even after the reservation has been confirmed.

Rooms were all very good. Host was quick to answer any questions I had. Place was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. No disturbances from any neighbors.
Only two downsides were, accuracy of the location is wrong on the ad, ad said it was only about 5 minute drive to the Royal Alex hospital but it was actually about a 15 minute drive so that was kind of disappointing and you don't get the actual location until day of check in. The other thing was, it advertises garage parking but when I looked in the garage it was full all sorts of stuff so I couldn't even park my vehicle inside. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would defiantly stay there again.

Location details misleading
We booked this property to attend an Oilers Stanley Cup game, with proximity to Rogers Place as our top priority. Unfortunately, the listing is misleading. It claims to be a 3-minute drive to Rogers, and the map in the listing places it much closer to downtown than it actually is. In reality, it’s a 15-minute drive or a 1 hour 22-minute walk. You don’t receive the actual address until 2pm on check-in day—after the cancellation period has closed. That’s just not fair.Being familiar with Edmonton, we also found the “WEM” in the listing title misleading—clearly aimed at out-of-towners.Other issues:– Hair dryer and bathroom fans didn’t work– No access to the garage, despite it being advertised– No dresser or closet in the master bedroom– No blinds on the front door for privacy– AC didn’t cool properly—stayed above 22C unless we opened windowsThe suite is modern and generally comfortable, but it feels like the owners prioritize bookings over accuracy or maintenance. The misleading location is the biggest issue and significantly impacted our stay. If being near Rogers Place is important to you, be cautious—the location in the listing is not what you get.
