Conveniently located in a top tier complex in Phillip, this premium 2 bedroom upper-level apartment boasts all modern features and generous views of the Brindabella ranges to the north east.
Inclusions for your stay are multiple smart TVs that can also support your own mainstream streaming accounts, limited WiFi, washer/dryer, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, airconditioning and secure parking for 2 cars close to the lift lobby. The facility boasts heated indoor pool, sauna, gym and BBQs around the outdoor pool (closed in the winter months). Bedding is 2x King beds in seperate rooms with a double sized sofa bed in the Living room available by application.
Ideal location, close and easy access to Canberra's popular tourist attractions - National Arboterum, National Zoo and Aquarium, Royal Australian Mint, Old Parliament House, Questacon. Loads of local bike and walking trails, nature and beautiful Canberran scenery.
