The main level features a cozy living area with Roku TV, a breakfast bar, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials for home cooking. You'll also find a spacious king bedroom and a 3-piece bathroom—perfect for easy access and comfort.

🛏️ Upper Floor
Upstairs offers a second king bedroom with its own 3-piece bathroom, providing privacy and a quiet retreat. Ideal for couples traveling together or families who appreciate a bit of space.

⚡ On-site level 2 EV charging is available for your convenience.

Perfect for couples, friends, or families seeking a relaxed, memorable escape in Prince Edward County.

The guesthouse is entirely yours during your stay, offering privacy and comfort. We live nearby in the main house and are happy to share local tips if you'd like. Our two gentle standard poodles stay in their own fenced area and are friendly but unobtrusive.

You’ll share the driveway and surrounding greenspace, with easy parking for up to two vehicles. Please note: the yard isn’t fully fenced, the guesthouse includes a flight of stairs, and the space has not been child-proofed.

Great location, great home! Enjoyed our stay here, beautiful home. Visited awesome wineries, breweries and cider house as well as 2 beautiful golf courses. Kristine was great! Answered our messages quickly and introduced herself personally on our arrival.

Check in was easy , well explained . Wi-fi was great, kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make a meals big fridge , the bedrooms are huge , bathrooms a big, place is super nice , great location host was great , left treats , maps and stuff to do in area . Walking distance to downtown , great restaurants and farmers market. Will definitely stay here again is best place we’ve rented !

Our host provided us with everything we would need for a memorable trip to Picton Ontario. The property is ideally located a short distance from the town. The property was newly built, very roomy, clean and provided a plug in for a EV vehicle. The owners are very friendly and provided great recommendations for eating out, shopping, parking, directions and what to see. I would highly recommend this place.

Everything was great. Location was central to the activities we had planned. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, if you are inclined to cook some meals. For some of the devices, (TV, & heating/ cooling) manuals would be helpful.
