Summary:
This bright and comfortable studio apartment offers a private and peaceful space, tucked above a detached garage surrounded by trees.
The Space:
The open layout features a cozy queen bed, a full bathroom, and a small sitting area with a sofaâperfect for relaxing after a day out. Thereâs also a small dining table by the windows, great for enjoying a meal or getting some work done.
Natural light fills the space through several windows, giving it an airy and welcoming feel. The studio also includes a compact kitchenette with a sink, ideal for preparing light meals.
Guests have their own private entrance, with a small outdoor brick patio area just outside the door. Itâs a simple, clean, and quiet place to stay while enjoying all that Southampton has to offer.
Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
IMPORTANT NOTES :
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- No pets allowed.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.
