You will love the convenience and comfort of our space. Enjoy direct access to the backyard. With a convenient driveway parking spot.
Located on a quiet street surrounded by Estates Homes and steps away from the ridge, Bow River, pathways and green space, with nearby playground for kids to enjoy.
You’re just steps away from plaza, Sobeys grocery store, restaurants, and the World's largest Seton YMCA with a waterpark and Hospital.

I love the quiet, family-friendly atmosphere and the feeling of being close to nature while still being just steps away from a plaza, Sobeys grocery store, restaurants, and the world’s largest Seton YMCA with a waterpark, as well as a hospital. The quiet streets, scenic river views, and nearby conveniences make it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
