Stay at the stunning Ville de Marco East condos! This completely remodeled first-floor unit features all new furniture, cozy couches in the living room, a luxurious king-sized bed in the bedroom, and a sleek walk-in shower. Relax by the beautiful pool with shaded areas or take advantage of the conveniently located laundry rooms. Enjoy fishing off the dock in the scenic Marco River, with Snook Inn, great restaurants, and shopping just a short stroll away.
Application Fee is $150
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
CANCELLATIONS must be made 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
