You can store your bags for a small fee at 02 Shop - 118 A`Beckett St, Melbourne CBD 3000. Approximately a 4 minute walk from your accomodation. Open 24 hours.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment. You are free to enjoy all amenities provided within the space. The only exception is the supply box located in the wardrobe, which is for maintenance purposes and not for guest use. Enjoy your stay and make yourself at home!

Check-in From 3:00 PM
Check-out By 10:00 AM

Early Check-In:
Early check-in is subject to availability. We are happy to accommodate guests as soon as cleaning is complete. While we can`t guarantee a specific time, we`ll keep you updated on the day.

Late Check-Out:
Late check-out is subject to availability. Requests should be made in advance, with an additional charge of $50 per hour, up to 12:00 PM. Failure to notify host will incur charges.

Lockout Fee:
A $200 lockout fee applies if you lose your key or lock yourself out of the apartment and require assistance to regain access.

Key/Fob Policy:
A single set of keys/fobs is provided for each reservation. We kindly ask that you safeguard the key/fob during your stay, as we do not offer additional sets. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you require assistance or have questions, don`t hesitate to reach out.

Events & Parties:
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and loud music. If noise complaints are made by other residents, building security will be contacted, and guests will be evicted from the apartment without refund.
Please read through these before your stay. It helps everything run smoothly for you and our team.

Check in and check out:
- Check in is from 3pm (unless organised otherwise)
- Check out is by 10am (unless organised otherwise)
- Return the keys to the lockbox you collected them from

During your stay:
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm
- No parties, gatherings, or unauthorised visitors
- No smoking or vaping inside the apartment
- Please take care of the furniture and appliances
- Keep doors locked and windows closed when you leave the apartment
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight

Cleanliness:
- Please wash any used dishes
- Place rubbish inside the chute room located on your floor
- Keep the apartment reasonably tidy during your stay

Safety:
- Do not tamper with the smoke alarms or building safety equipment
- Report any damage or issues as soon as possible so I can help right away

Building rules:
- Follow building common area rules
- No propping open lobby or apartment doors
- Be respectful of neighbours and residents

Booking conditions:
- Lost keys incur a replacement fee ($500)
- Late check-out without prior approval ($200 per hour)
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged
- Pets are not allowed unless approved prior to booking
