Our apartment on Milligan Street offers the ultimate city lifestyle. You are perfectly positioned within the Perth Free Transit Zone, meaning you can travel to most city attractions, shopping malls, and dining precincts for free.

The Free CAT Buses (Central Area Transit)
Perth’s high-frequency, free CAT buses are your best friend for exploring. Several routes are just a short walk away:

Red CAT: Located just around the corner on Hay Street or Murray Street. This bus runs East-West and is the easiest way to reach the main shopping malls (Hay Street and Murray Street Malls) and the East Perth waterfront.

Yellow CAT: Accessible on Wellington Street, taking you toward the Claisebrook Cove area or west toward the Harbour Town outlet shopping precinct.

Green CAT: Ideal for heading toward the leafy streets of West Perth or the Leederville cafe strip.

Being so central, Ubers and rideshare services are available almost instantly at any time of day. If you are arriving from the airport, the train is the fastest option, but a taxi or rideshare will take approximately 20–25 minutes.

Before check-in, you’ll be required to complete a quick identity verification by uploading your licence or passport. This step ensures security for the property owner, giving them confidence that you are who you say you are—similar to standard hotel check-in procedures.
