By booking this Hotel Suite, guests agree to adhere to the following rules. Cannabis use is strictly prohibited on the property, both indoors and outdoors, including patios and surrounding areas. Guests planning to use cannabis should not book this property.
The total number of guests and visitors may not exceed the number specified in the reservation. Additional visitors are not permitted at any time. Exceeding the booked guest count will result in a charge of two hundred dollars per extra person per night.
Cigarettes and vaping are permitted only outdoors, several feet from windows and doors. All cigarette waste must be properly disposed of. Any cigarette remains found on the property will result in a three hundred dollar cleaning fee.
To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music and excessive bass are not allowed. A noise monitoring device measures sound levels only and does not record conversations. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
A maximum of one vehicle is permitted on the property, corresponding to the assigned garage space. No additional parking is permitted, and street parking is not allowed.
