Please note that the car space is VERY narrow (much less than 2 metres wide) due to the building’s original design. It may not be suitable for normal size vehicles, and is best suited for very small cars only. We kindly ask guests to consider this before arrival, please note that we cannot take responsibility if the allocated car space is not suitable for your vehicle.



If your car does not fit in the designated parking space, please note that there is street park available in the area. Kindly check with the host for more details.

Please note that this apartment is nearly a century old, and while some of the fixtures and equipment are aged, they remain fully functional. We love the character and charm of this historic space, but we understand it may not suit guests seeking modern comforts. If you prefer accommodation with up-to-date furnishings and appliances, this may not be the best fit. Thank you for your understanding.



-- Washing Machine --

The washing machine and dryer are not inside the apartment, but for your convenience, you’ll find a shared coin laundry room just across the lobby. It’s equipped with commercial-grade washers and dryers.



-- Dishwasher --

This unit is not equipped with a dishwasher. We kindly ask that you wash your dishes after use. Thank you for your understanding.



-- Heaters --

If the heater isn’t working properly—especially the one in the living room—please try turning it off, unplugging it for about 20 seconds, and then plugging it back in. After restarting, it should function as normal.



-- Noise during the daytime (temporary) --

There is temporary construction taking place in the nearby area, which may cause some noise during the day. Please note that no construction will occur at night.



-- Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs --

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.



For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
