The unit was poorly maintained. The ensuite bathroom had no soap holder in the shower and the shower head fell down all the time. The television could not be made to do anything. One bedside light in the second bedroom could not be connected to power as no extension cord was provided. There was one garbage bin liner provided for a seven day stay and no foil or cling wrap provided. The location was good provided you were not kept awake by the train passing the windows every 15 minutes from 4am until after midnight. This is the worst accommodation we have booked with Stayz and I would not recommend it.

Please know that we take your comments seriously. Regarding the ensuite shower, we made every effort to secure a handyman at the earliest possible time, but unfortunately, no one was available during your visit. For the other items mentioned, we provide a standard set of basic amenities for our guests; if additional supplies or specific kitchen items are needed during a stay, we encourage guests to purchase them as required. We have noted the issues with the television, lighting, and noise, and we are working to address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.
