Located on the edge of the French Quarter and built in 1830, this Creole cottage has been lovingly restored and features many amenities.
The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults and includes:
• A master bedroom with king bed
• A second bedroom with full bed
• A third bedroom with full bed and private bath
• A fourth bedroom with full bed and private bath
• A fifth bedroom/media room with a queen-size sleeper sofa (with luxury pillow air top mattress) and private bath
The house features large French doors, six of which spill into the courtyard creating a wonderful flow for entertaining. The courtyard is well appointed with modern furniture, outdoor speakers and a grill. The house has a large kitchen with stainless appliances, comfortable living room, large dining room, and a large media room with flat panel HDTV, extended cable and DVDs.
The house has its original cypress floors (very rare) and 15-foot ceilings on the ground floor.
The house is exceptionally located and is perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family or friends.
House amenities include:

The house is located on the edge of the French Quarter within steps of the world's best restaurants and nightlife. We are located a 10-15 minute walk from the Central Business District (CBD) or the funky Marigny triangle with more great restaurants, bars and jazz clubs.
Our house manager lives on-site for your convenience but has a separate entrance and apartment in order to maintain your privacy.
Linens and towels are provided.
Daily cleaning service can be provided during your stay for an additional fee.
No smoking indoors or pets.

Perfect
Me and my five friends had the greatest time in and out of the house. Great location. It's central but we were not disturbed by the French Quarter at all. The house itself and courtyard are stunning. Somehow even better than advertised.
Wonderful home for our group of 8 adults!
The home worked great for our 50th birthday reunion of 4 couples. The beautiful center courtyard was our most used space. The property is conveniently located; short walk to the trolley and easy to get an Uber or Cab to this location. If available we would stay here again!
Amazing property and perfect location
A group of 6 of us stayed here for a long weekend and couldn't have enjoyed it more. The house and courtyard is perfect for socializing. Everything was within walking distance. And the owner was very cool and chill. Really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend
Absolutely Incredible
Being new to the short term vacation rentals, I wasn't sure what to expect. This house exceeded my expectations. It has charming New Orleans character, very clean, gorgeous bathrooms and beautiful decor. Every one of my guests was extremely pleased. The house manager, Drew was a delight and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
