This large house is set within the beautiful gated resort community of Innsbruck! The resort boasts an outdoor guest swimming pool (open after Memorial Day), tennis courts, and a gorgeous Innsbruck public golf course at a reasonable cost per round!

This home is secluded so you can get away from the hustle of Helen, but a 15 minute walk or a short drive right outside the Innsbruck community puts you right back in the flow of Helen's day and night life. The main floor has a large open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living area all open for the entire group to be together. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and a full bathroom and double vanity. The main floor also walks straight out to a deck area that spans the entire width of the house and looks straight out at Mt. Yonah. There is no better way to remind yourself you are on vacation by beginning your day with the sunrise or ending your day with the sunset view from the back deck. Plenty of seating on the back deck and an 8 person hot tub to wind down after a long day of tubing, hiking, fishing, shopping, riding the mountain roller coaster, anything your heart desires.

The basement level has another large living area, full bathroom, kitchenette area, and another bedroom with a full bed and 2 twin beds. There is also a door headed out to a lower patio and more seating area with tables.

The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a loft area, all with queen beds, a jack-and-jill bathroom, and 2 walk out decks on each side of the house (one off a bedroom and one off the loft) giving even more beautiful views!

Helen has something for everyone, no matter the time of year! Choose your adventure: whether its hiking (Unicoi State Park, Anna Ruby Falls, Raven Cliff Falls, Helton Falls, Duke Creek Falls, Vogel State Park, Tallulah Falls, etc), traveling with the family and panning for gold and gems, a romantic or fun filled adult get away with wine tours, ziplining and tubing, and don't you dare forget Oktoberfest!!!!! We would love to host you and help you make some amazing memories!

•Max space for cars = 5 passes total. This is a gated community with no street parking.
•must sign waiver and pay deposit when booking
•City noise ordinance=10pm. Heavily enforced by Helen PD. The house is on a mountain and noise can carry. We just ask that you respect the neighborhood and keep it down after 10, regular conversation and gathering on the back deck is fine.
