The apartment, on the ground floor, is composed of an equipped kitchen, a living room with a convertible sofa, a bathroom with WC, a bedroom with a double bed (160).
The advantage of this apartment: has a beautiful terrace with sea and city views, access to the city center on foot via a private passage in the residence.
Thanks to private parking in front of the residence, it is easily possible to park a vehicle.

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price, only tea towels are not provided.
