My fiancé and I had a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip at Graceland and it was perfect. The location was great because it was secluded, but it was still very close to anything you could need. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. It was a great place to stay.

I am from the Ste. Genevieve Group Homes and I brought a group of 10 Developmental Disabled Adults and 4 Staff to this vrbo. We absolutely loved the place and had a great time. We had a BLAST in the party barn There was plenty of room for all of us. We had 2 small issues and the hosts answered and resolved the issue in a super timely manner. I would absolutely recommend Graceland to any large group looking for a place to stay.

Great location! Easily accessible and quiet oasis within the city. The property was clean and comfortable for our needs. The owner was very responsive to our questions when asked. The house is a bit dated and needs some upgrades (showers, bathrooms, kitchen , hot tub and basement flooring). The party barn was clean and a fun retreat. They could use a better microwave. Overall it worked out well for 8 college buddies getting together.

This place is perfect for large gatherings! So much to do all ages! The game "garage" is excellent to host any sort of fun for hours/days. The location in West Des Moines was so close to shopping, restaurants, arcades, and bars just minutes away. I will not be surprised if my family decides to do another stay here!

So much space! Our extended family (babies to 70) stayed over Easter weekend to gather with family who live 5 minutes away in West Des Moines. We loved the party barn, the beautiful property with lawns, trees and pond and all the room inside to relax, cook and eat together. Close and convenient to groceries, shops, restaurants and freeways. The “cousin buddies” voted to come back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location was excellent. The overall upkeep of the property could have been better. No lighted path from the house to the Party Barn.No running water in the Party Barn. Our children young and old enjoyed the barn, the entire family enjoyed the barn. The outhouse was clean. The bedroom my husband and I choose was on the main floor, there wasn't a hook or chair to set anything on. I noticed that in all of the bedrooms. There was an armoire in our room that we did not use. No grab bars in any of the bathrooms. Our family had a good time and the location was great. Our goal was for our family to be together and have a good time that we accomplished. Up keep of the property should be done for the price being paid.
