Spacious house near lots of beaches

This house is big and spotlessly clean. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay with a great BBQ and nice garden. It is in a very quiet residential area of Penestin, a short walk from the supermarket. There are lots of beaches to choose from just a short car or bike ride away. We were able to use the bikes at the house which was great as there are lots of fantastic bike paths to explore. Overall this was a great base to explore the area which has lots to offer.

Wet Week in Brittany

The weather was unexpectedly and unseasonably windy, grey and wet for much of the week that we stayed here. I dread to think what the week would have felt like without this terrific house. We were two families with husband and wife and one teenage son each. The house was terrific. It was clean, light, large and had everything that we needed. We stored a load of stuff we'd brought in the car in the garage: body boards, swimming stuff, various balls and three bikes. The house was conveniently located so that we could access the supermarket very easily, the beach and the surrounding countryside. We found a variety of routes for running and walking and cycling when the weather gave us the opportunity. We drove to the beach o the two occasions we spotted sun and managed to park on the roads. It would have been a 20-minute walk I imagine. And we were lazy! Gabrielle was brilliant with communication and couldn't have been more helpful.

Nous avons effectuĂ© un excellent week-end de trois jours en famille avec mon papa en fauteuil roulant et l’obligation d’avoir un lit mĂ©dicalisĂ©. Tout lui Ă©tait parfaitement accessible et adaptĂ© au rez de chaussĂ©e la sdb spacieuse . La maison est splendide trĂšs propre trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et joliment dĂ©corĂ©e. proche du bourg des plages. merci gabrielle pour votre gentillesse et surtout d’avoir acceptĂ© que nous dĂ©placions quelques meubles pour installer le lit . C’était parfait . N’hĂ©sitez pas c’est vraiment la maison idĂ©ale pour les personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite ou pas.

Schönes Haus mit Garten in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Es hat einen großen Garten, der im rĂŒckwĂ€rtigen Bereich außerhalb in eine große parkartige FlĂ€che ĂŒbergeht. Es ist eine ruhige Umgebung; alle GeschĂ€fte sind jedoch binnen 5 Minuten fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen (Carrefour, BĂ€cker, Metzger, Restaurants). In der Garage steht ein zusĂ€tzlicher großer GetrĂ€nkekĂŒhlschrank, der gerade im Sommer sehr nĂŒtzlich ist ;) - passt perfekt zum großen Gasgrill mit Rost und Plancha!Außerdem gibt es mehrere FahrrĂ€der, die man nach RĂŒcksprache nutzen kann. Es ist alles sehr entspannt; dank der SchlĂŒsselbox auch die Anreise (vor allem wenn man eine lange Fahrt hat).Insgesamt ist das Haus von Gabrielle sehr empfehlenswert; wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances trÚs agréables

Je suis venu en aoĂ»t 2024 avec une personne handicapĂ©e (fauteuil manuel). Maison trĂšs confortable et Gabrielle est trĂšs soucieuse du confort des personnes handicapĂ©es. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de barres d’appuis dans les wc et la douche. La barre de seuil et le parking en graviers vont ĂȘtre corrigĂ©s.

TrÚs agréable maison à Pénestin

Nous avons passé prÚs de 3 semaines en famille (3 couples, 2 enfants) dans la maison de Gabrielle et Stéphane à Pénestin, que nous recommandons chaudement. La maison est presque neuve et bien aménagée, avec beaucoup d'espace dans les lieux de vie (cuisine-salle à manger, séjour,...), et un jardin qui permet de prendre l'essentiel des repas dehors aux beaux jours (des parties ombragées grùce à de grands et beaux arbres) et une partie ensoleillée pour se réchauffer quand il fait un peu plus frais ou pour faire sécher les serviettes en rentrant de la plage. La maison est située dans un petit lotissement trÚs calme et proche des commerces du bourg. Les belles plages de Pénestin sont accessibles en quelques minutes en voiture ou à vélo. La communication avec Gabrielle et Stéphane a été chaleureuse et trÚs facile. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Modenes Haus mit Garten

Ein fast neues Haus, gut eingerichtet und nette Gastgeber! Die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen und die ganze Familie auf der Terrasse sitzen und grillen. Auch die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Ort PĂ©nestin ist auf unaufgeregte Weise lebendig und bietet alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Gastronomie.

TrÚs belle maison avec tout le confort grand jardin possibilité de garer plusieurs voitures. La piÚce à vivre est magnifique et trÚs grande avec sa cuisine ouverte, les chambres sont spacieuses et les propriétaires sont trÚs gentils. il y a vraiment tout ce qu' il faut pour passer un super et agréable séjour, en plus il y a plusieurs plages à proximité, le coin est impeccable pour les amateurs de peche.

Formidable séjour adultes et enfants. Le jardin et l'espace de la maison offrent une belle liberté de mouvement. Attention à ne surtout pas passer par Vannes par le train. Il y a un bus qui est direct de la gare de Redon.

Une superbe semaine de vacances ! La propriétaire est disponible et l'accueil fut charmant. La maison est spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle. Le jardin est agréable. Les commerces trÚs proches et les plages pas loin. Plein de jolis endroits à visiter. Bref la semaine fut bien trop courte.

Schönes Haus in schöner Region

Tolles Haus mit guter Ausstattung und schönen Garten. Es war alles in einem super Zustand. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit dort. Noch etwas besser wÀre ein zweites Zimmer mit separaten Einzelbetten.
