Located in the Preyerand district, the Balcon d'Olympie residence is at the foot of the slopes. Access to the first ski lifts is via a blue slope. The residence is equipped with lifts and an outdoor car park. Shops and ski shops are located on the Croisette, accessible by a cable car. A sports shop and a small supermarket are located in the building above the building, opposite the cable car.
It is linked to the heart of the resort by a free cable car, open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
