Beach Tract vacation rentals

The owners have made the best use of the space and it's nice that it's gated for privacy. We suggested to the owners to install a grab bar in the tub/shower for safety for us older folks to feel more secure. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This was, I believe, our 3rd stay at the 4th Tee. It was just as good as previously. The house, which is in a nice quiet neighborhood, has a wonderful view of the fourth hole of the PG Municipal Golf Course. If you don't want to watch (and laugh at) the golfers, you can watch the deer. They're everywhere. When the marine layer comes in, it shrouds the trees and deadens sound like a snowfall. Very peaceful. Each time we've stayed, the house has been clean and well-prepared. Everything works. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in, and the deck is perfect for meals, wine & cheese, or just reading a book. The outdoor grill is excellent quality. We love this house. When we go to PG, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

The house was extremely well maintained and in an excellent location. We saw several whale sightings during our month long stay. House was well equipped and our dogs loved the fenced back yard. Very accurate description and pictures. Might want to consider moving the TV in one of the guest bedrooms into the sun room - a great place to lounge. Excellent stay and we highly recommend using Sanctuary Vacation Rentals Inc!

It was a perfect home away from home. Plenty of space. Has all the amenities you need. Fabulous location across the street from Lovers Point!

Great location. Close to everything the area has to offer. A cozy little gem.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Mermaid Hideaway. You truly can’t beat the location and the view of the ocean! The place is super clean, the bed is extremely comfy with luxurious bedding and the heated toilet seat is definitely a nice touch. It’s the perfect place to stay for a coastal getaway!

The house is Beautiful! The views spectacular. House is well stocked. We loved it.
