What makes this House unique
This is a place where you will just forget the big city and its chaos. it is so quiet here and the view from the garden over the fields and meadows up to the forest is like a balm for your soul.... You can walk here kilometres long, you can look for mushrooms in the nearby forests or just swim in our private lake. We have 2 horses which you can ride or just watch grassing.... You can make a fire in front of the house (we provide wood) or just use the Swedish Oven in the kitchen (very romantic on cold evenings). The sleeping room is very comfy with a big double bed. Everybodz sleeps well here.

We had a great pleasure staying at this house. The house is perfect for experiencing and exploring the traditional Polish countryside. Set away from touristy and congested cities, it is located in a small, quiet village surrounded by fields and farms, which supply fresh produce, milk, eggs and poultry if desired. There are wonderful family-run bakeries and restaurants nearby, where we enjoyed delicious homemade, traditional dishes and specialties. In a short driving distance from the house, there is a large blueberry farm, which seasonally sells freshly picked berries. Our children especially enjoyed kayaking in the local river and fishing in the nearby pond.
The house is comfortable for a family of four. One of 2 bedrooms is adjacent to the house and can be entered only from outside through a separate entrance. The house is well kept, clean and decorated in an Eastern European country tradition. It is equipped with all necessary things for food preparation.
We all especially enjoyed the big back yard, which proved space for playing ball and running around during the day and a fire pit for toasting marshmallows at night.
A great convenience for us was that the house owners live across the street from the house. Because they have basic English, it was easy to communicate with them. They were friendly, attentive and accommodating hosts always available to provide information and help when needed. They made us feel like we were part of their family.
We hope to stay in the house again in the future.
Quiet & relaxing, a real place of old world charm.
This property realy is in rural Poland and has a real old world charm, we saw horse drawn vehicles everyday! It was easy to find with the owners direction and any modern SatNav will take you straight there. The owners and their extended family were not only very helpfull but were also genuinely friendly people and cound not have done more to make us feel welcome and not only will we go back but we fully intend to keep in contact. The property was found very clean and tidy and was both comfortable and homely. Although we were a couple, it would be suitable for families as well and there is more than enough to do for adults and children alike. The garden is well fenced and secure but with easy access to the rest of the farm property and the owners are more than happy for exploration. I myself fished two of their lakes and caught plenty of fish and we also walked the dogs over the farm. Local village shop was a joy and something that is now sadly missing in a lot of places, the local town was also nice. Frank &Tracey Bojda All in all I would not hesitate to recomend the property to anyone wishing a relaxing holiday.
einfach herrlich erholsam
Sehr nette Vermieter, tolle Nachbarn.
The house is situated in an idyllic small village Nowa Wola, which counts only 64 house numbers, surrounded by fields, meadows and forests rich in mushrooms and berries. Here you can really relax. Here you will find no other tourists.
NOWA WOLA (community - Rusiec, Lodz / Łódź) is located 70km south-west of Lodz (Lodz), 135km east of Wroclaw (Breslau) and 200km west of Warszawa (Warsaw).
The landscape park and WARTA Widawka (named after the names of the two rivers) and thus the lazy river Warta is located just 5 km from the property.
In the neighboring village location Konopnica (7km), there is a possibility to rent kayaks / canoes and organize 1-2-3 several days long trips on the Warta (at the end of the tour you will be by car from the owner of the Loan point back to the starting point brought or you you will be brought to a starting point at the very beginning with the car and then paddle back to the car;-)
Warta is not nearly as popular and well known as the Polish rivers Krutynia, Czarna Hancza or Brda. The river and countryside rumherum are very picturesque - just beautiful and not crowded touristy. Who made this paddle tour once - it will not be long forgotten ....
At the farm of the owner (a total of 160. 000 square meters) include several private lakes with the total area of 6 000 sqm two of which have a small private beach and dock. On the other you can fish very well. The nearest lake / pond is located 7 minutes. walk from the property and is then quasi-Your private lake.
The house is situated on a large 000 sqm 5, bezäunten lot. The owner lives on the property opposite (the village road separates the two plots each other).
In the village of Nowa Wola there is a small shop where you can buy the necessities of food.
In a 3km distant village WOLA WIAZOWA there are several shops, pharmacy, bar.
The next GREAT RESTAURANT: 7km away in OSJAKOW.
The main attraction of Nowa Wola is the beautiful forests where you can really great jogging / walking / relax + the general peace in the village and on the property. We are the house no. 57 (of the 64 houses) and almost on the forest at the end of the village.
The Lodz province is located in central Poland. The capital Łódź was just a small town in the period in which the Nearest, nowadays smaller towns played important role. Lodz was often called the "working class city", Wladyslaw Reymont and - Nobel laureate described it as a promised land. In the at the beginning of the 19th century rapidly developing textile center, many residents of the nearby towns have moved in search of work.
