Lou Baoumoun - Studio Apartment, Sleeps 2

In Coursegoules, in an old renovated barn, this charming 18 m² studio apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a private garden of around 110 m² just 10 metres away with a few steps. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² living room with sofa bed (double with new 2022 mattress) and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: electric kettle, hob, Malongo pod coffee maker, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC.
- A laundry room (shared with the owners) in an adjoining room will allow you to put down your luggage or skis to make the most of the studio's total surface area. You will also find a folding table and garden chairs that you can use in the garden.

Outside:
- A private garden of around 110 m² where you can enjoy the fine weather and an uninterrupted view over the countryside. It is located 10 metres from the accommodation, is accessible by a few steps, is secured by a locked gate and may be suitable for your bicycles.

The flat is ideally located in Coursegoules, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, just a few steps from the main square. There are all the essential shops nearby, as well as two restaurants and a crêperie, including the "l'atelier gourmand" restaurant, which also serves takeaway pizzas.

- Sightseeing: Visit the historic village, Vence with its museums and restaurants less than half an hour away, and the coast about 1 hour away by car...
- Sporting activities: hiking and mountain walks, two ranches for horse riding at the top of the Col de Vence, 10 minutes away by car, horse-drawn carriage rides...
- Cultural visits: "remarkable garden" (Ministry of Culture) 10 minutes' walk away, bison sanctuary (Andon 30 minutes' drive away)...
- Gastronomic heritage: why not treat yourself to a bit of luxury in a Michelin-starred restaurant in a palace (Château Saint-Martin, dress code required) at the foot of the Col de Vence to round off your stay...
- Events: the Nice tourist office website has a list of festivals and trade fairs all year round.

Lou Baoumoun "Posto magico e monolocale carino 🙂 Posto magico e stupendo. Sei totalmente Immerso nella natura. Ti svegli al mattino con silenzio assoluto ed il canto degli uccelli. La vista dalla finestra dell'alloggio è piacevolissima, in quanto si vedono le colline ed il bosco vicini al paese. Il paese è molto carino, le persone sono molto socievoli, solari ed educate. Si potrà mangiare il meglio della cucina francese al ristorante ""L'Atelier"" del paese. L'alloggio è completo di piano cottura e macchina del caffè (4 cialde in dotazione dalla proprietaria per 5 notti). Disponibile WiFi, tappeto per la doccia e asciugamani da utilizzare anche per la doccia. Il frigorifero funziona molto bene. La cortesia e la disponibilità della proprietaria è stata particolarmente apprezzata, specialmente per averci consentito di anticipare il check-in per il giorno del nostro arrivo, senza problemi. 🙁 La posizione per chi viaggia in auto e intende visitare le principali città della costa azzurra è davvero scomoda. È perfetta qualora si intenda rimanere nei paraggi per tutta la durata del pernottamento. Purtroppo c'è molta distanza dal supermercato più vicino, che offre tutti gli articoli di cui si può aver bisogno ad un prezzo accessibile (bisogna recarsi a Vence). Personalmente ero consapevole dello svantaggio della posizione, ma non mi ha arrecato alcun problema in quanto ho viaggiato con una moto che consuma davvero poco sfruttando la possibilità di godere delle magnifiche curve che conducono verso il paese. La cosa che non mi è piaciuta nel senso più assoluto è stata la pulizia : ragnatele e ragni ovunque. Piatti, bicchieri, pentole inutilizzati da molto tempo e conseguentemente molto sporchi. Abbiamo dovuto lavare tutto acquistando nuove spugne considerando che una sola era disponibile nell'alloggio , perlopiù già usata. Altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta : totale assenza di sapone per le mani, il non aver trovato una bottiglia d'acqua dentro il frigorifero (di solito nel nostro paese è buona norma farlo), tovaglie asciugamani oltre a quelle per la doccia, numero ridotto di cialde per il caffè, numero ridotto di carta igienica (2 rotoli) tale che abbiamo dovuto utilizzare i tovaglioli per alimenti all'ultimo giorno il che non è stato piacevole (credo che 4 rotoli siano più che sufficienti). Preciso che questa recensione non vuole essere una critica, ma soltanto uno spunto per migliorarsi."
