Pleasant and spacious house
Pleasant, spacious and very quiet house located 5 minutes' walk from the town center (shops and market). Two fully enclosed gardens (one on the front and one on the back). Parking available in the garden. Two double bedrooms with garden views. Separate bathroom and WC. Large living/dining area. Veranda and outdoor terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. TV with satellite connection (French and English channels) and HDMI ports. WIFI connection. Beaches are 5 minutes away by car, 10 minutes by bike and 20 minutes on foot.
18-hole golf course, equestrian center, casino, cinema, racetrack, tennis courts, sailing school, markets, restaurants, shops.
Visits possible: Pointe d'Agon and its fisheries, Mont st Michel, Coutances and its cathedral. Chausey and Jersey islands from Granvile, Cherbourg, D-Day landing beaches.
Coutances train station 12 km away.
