The house is located above the La Fustera beach in one of the most beautiful parts of the coast of the Costa Blanca. La Fustera is located directly on the sea and has a sandy beach in a beautiful bay. You can walk on beautiful nature trails to Moraira and Calp by the sea. There is a well-known stylish dining bar 'Cala Mai' right on the beach. There are also toilets, foot showers, public fitness equipment, deck chairs and ample parking on the beach. In the bay there is a Spanish restaurant and a Chinese restaurant and a total of 2 other bars. These offer live music in the summer for all tastes and ages. A very well-stocked supermarket can be found around 800 meters away. This is known throughout the area for its excellent barbecue meat.

Calp has a variety of tourist offers and beautiful long, fine sandy beaches, which can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The mountainous hinterland rises up to 1300m. Hikers will find well-marked hiking routes here. On a day trip you can dine in typical Spanish country inns. You can also play golf or tennis nearby.

The third bedroom is a closed area with its own external entrance on the 1st Floor and a bathroom and double bed 180x200.
All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

The bathroom has a bathtub with glass shower device, toilet, bidet, large sink. A separate large closet and a stylish mirror cabinet give plenty of space for your bathroom accessories.

An additional outside toilet is available, which can be used very advantageously in all summer outdoor activities because you do not have to enter the house inside.

A large color-illuminated outdoor pool (9x4m) with a separate outdoor shower and many terraces invite you to linger in very different places on the property.

No matter whether you want to dine on the breakfast terrace with a sea view or in the evening on the food terrace, it is always an experience.
There is a built-in barbeque grill by the pool, which turns your long summer evenings into a dining experience.

A large forecourt with carport offers parking for several cars.

The entire property has 2 outdoor lighting systems.
The whole property is child-friendly to use. There are no ways that access to the outside is possible unintentionally. You only have to take care of the pool use yourself.
