THE RESIDENCE - Building 4 - Apartment 405 - LA CLUSAZ

Set of 4 chalets with 20 apartments, built in 1988, on the pool road, 500 m from ski lifts, 200 m from the first shops, facing south with a very beautiful view of all the surrounding mountains, ski slopes and the village. Access to ski slopes is very easy since the Residence is in the center of the resort, while enjoying peace and quiet.
ENTRANCE HALL with MOUNTAIN CORNER 3 m2, 2 bunk beds in 70 (duvets), closets,
BATHROOM: 1.82 m2, bathtub, sink, storage, towel warmer, hair dryer, independent toilet,
STAY: 11.74 m2, sofa bed wardrobe in 140, dining area, television, south-facing balcony of 3.52 m2 with garden furniture, superb view of the mountains, the village and the ski slopes,
FITTED KITCHEN, vitroceramic hob (4 burners), oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment (130 L), raclette / fondue appliance, filter and capsule coffee maker
To know: apartment in building 4, accessible through building 3 (3 floors with elevator).
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- Pet allowed (limited to one), supplement of 25 € for stays up to 10 nights, then 25 € per additional 10-night period (capped at 100 €) to be paid on-site.
