!!!This property is still active and with a rental company now. Message me with dates as they are likely open!!! What do we love about our condo?! Everything!! 1st Floor Condo with beautiful direct ocean front view with no stairs or elevator. Pull right up to the curb, unload your vehicle and walk right into the unit. When you are ready to head to the beach you can simply go out the condo doors and gate and viola, seconds away from the beach. The condo faces the southeast so you will catch the gorgeous HH sunrise in the morning and sun well into mid-afternoon. No trees or buildings to obstruct your view. Hear the ocean waves crashing from your front porch while you enjoy coffee or a glass of wine!

Completely updated as of February 2022. Real hardwood floors throughout the unit, freshly painted walls, completely remodeled bathrooms, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, brand new living room furniture 2022, 55" flat screen TV, new king bedroom set, outdoor patio furniture, ceiling fans and much more!

This unique condo is located in the Island Club (mid Hilton Head island), close proximity to everything Hilton Head has to offer. Our beach is unique, quiet, clean and very beautiful. Perfect for long walks, runs and strolling to pick up sea shells. Whether you chose to walk out to the right or left, keep an eye out for bird watching (eagles, wood storks & sandpipers) and dolphin sightings! The resort has 5 different beach access location points. There are picnic tables and charcoal grills as well as a playful area with ladder and bean bag toss. A great playground for younger children is a hop and skip away from the back of our condo!

The Island Club has a heated swimming pool and hot tub. You must be 18 years old to access hot tub and tanning shelf! There is a sun tanning pool and a kiddie pool with a fun mushroom waterfall. If tennis and/or pickleball is your thing, our location is perfect for you! Check out the tennis shop for new gear and make a court time to play!

The Island Club has a 24 hour gated security and a parking pass is required; only ONE parking pass per unit. This is a non smoking condo, even on the patio and no pets are allowed.

This was our second year in a row, staying at this amazing condo. We walked in, and it, once again, felt like home. The decor, the fully stocked kitchen, and especially the ocean air, makes this the most relaxing experience. You step off the porch, and you are immediately on your way to the beach path. This year, we took advantage of the Weber grills, and picnic tables, and had a great cookout. We were heartbroken to leave, and can’t wait to go back next year. This place deserves more than 5 stars!!!

Great, ocean front ground floor unit

This unit was perfect for our two daughters and their husbands to share while my husband and I stayed with my mom in her timeshare in the next building. Three generations enjoying the beautiful beach at Folly Field. Unit was well equipped with beach chairs, pickle ball rackets, and beach toys for all ages. Highly recommend!

Perfect for families!

If you have little ones this location is incredible! Truly steps to the beach and within about 20 steps there’s a playground. The pool is also very close and has a great zero entry option for babies. Great stay!!

We found our perfect condo!

After searching for years, this condo met every need and expectation! It’s beautifully decorated, spotless and comfy beds! Very spacious and felt like home! We were surprised by all the extras…four very nice beach chairs, awesome umbrella for the beach, sand toys, racquets, a little playhouse was a hit! Ironing board, iron, plenty of extras in the closets, two fans, hair dryer, board games and so much more! The first floor was a dream! We could unpack right at the front door!! The back deck that walked out to the playground and beach access were so easy to go back and forth to the beach. Quiet part of the north island. We will be back and so happy to have found this oceanfront gem!

Great complex and location

My first time in Hilton Head with my husband and 2 kids. The island club is fantastic, location can’t be beat right on the water with parks in property and nearby, bike friendly area we rode to restaurants mini golf, parks. Loved it and will be back for sure!

Great stay

This is the second time we’ve booked this property. It’s a great unit on the water, first floor, next to the playground and beach access. Excellent for families- so nice to not have to deal with stairs or elevator!

The property was great … clean, easy access to/from, right in the beach! The only cons: no information about wifi (used hotspot) and the master bedroom door to porch was painted shut and unable to open.

Beautiful Condo!

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is perfect! So quick to get to the beach and very close to the playground for the children. Unit was very clean when we arrived and the owners were very quick to respond to a couple questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun in the Sun

The condo was very comfortable and the ground floor location was such a plus-no elevator to wait on. We especially loved the grassy area and the close proximity to the playground, pool, and beach. We had a lovely time and the check in process was extremely easy as well. We would definitely stay again.

Nicely updated, oceanfront rental

We enjoyed this rental with its very convenient location to the playground and beach and the a very short walk to the pool. We also love Island Club because of the easy access to the bike trail and less busy location on the Island. We've stayed multiple times now at Island Club and this was our favorite rental because of the walk-out patio. Easy check in and check out process as well!

Great Vacay

We loved the location of this condo. It was so easy to walk to the beach. The patio was wonderful and we spent every morning there with our coffee. It was so convenient to walk back from the beach for lunch then back again. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing time there and hope to rent this unit again!

Great, quiet location

We loved the location of the property. Quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to grocery, shopping, restaurants, etc. The 1st floor location was super convenient for the kids to zip out to the playground, tetherball, to the beach. Also very short walk to the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Unit was very clean and updated nicely. Thanks for a great family stay!

Fantastic
