It only has a few stairs and is a very specious oceanfront penthouse villa featuring high beam ceilings , wrap around deck , cozy living room with fireplace, new furniture inside and out, new large smart Tv's in every room, fully stocked kitchen and stunning unobstructed panoramic ocean views!!
What makes this Condo unique
The penthouse suite is very spacious with only a few stairs and is in an excellent location. It has a wonderful location in the complex and is close to everything. The Descanso beach club is right next door where you can enjoy the beach, lunch, rent a private cabana. The villa also offers spectacular unobstructed panoramic ocean views with new furniture inside and out. It has cathedral ceilings, 2 balconies with ocean views and the golf cart is included. Remember to bring your water shoes and the fish love frozen peas!! Enjoy!!
