Your vacation rental is organized on two levels. On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, lounge, decorative fireplace (you will not be able to use it). bathroom with shower, toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x190 and 1 bed 90x190, in the second bedroom: 2 single beds 90x190, in the third bedroom 1 double bed 140x190, in the fourth bedroom 1 double bed 140x190, bathroom with bathtub, toilet. At your disposal: terrace, courtyard of 100 m² and garden of 980 m² private. Parking of your vehicles on private parking (1 to 2 spaces depending on the size) or in the courtyard of the cottage. House adjoining a third party. Just 10 km from the sea, this address will allow you to enjoy the Bay of Saint Brieuc. This bay invites you to give in to the call of the open sea along its nature reserve, ports and beaches. Your getaway will take you to the port of Légué (12 km). The place is ideal for sitting on a terrace and tasting the local star: the scallop. Further west, continue your route towards the coast of Goëlo. From small seaside resorts to fishing and marina ports, enjoy the salty air of Plérin (16 km), Binic (27 km), St Quay Portrieux (32 km). To the east, it is the Côte de Penthièvre. Discover Pleneuf Val André (28 km) or Erquy (36 km). Right next to the cottage, a walk in the Plédran woods (2.1 km) is a must. It will offer walkers, joggers and mountain bikers an ideal playground. As for children, they will enjoy the balance course, tunnel and double zip line that mark it out!
