The open-plan kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Our studio is located conveniently in the 16th arrondissement. Key pickup is 10 minutes away on foot, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The 16th arrondissement is now known for its luxurious buildings with Haussmann-style architecture and magnificent gardens.

You can visit the Louis Vuitton Foundation, the Yves Saint Laurent Museum, the Museum of Modern Art, the Marmottan Monet Museum and the Palais de Tokyo.

Sports enthusiasts will not be outdone with the Parc des Princes stadium, the Longchamp racecourse, and Roland Garros.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
