Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 15 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The apartment is composed as follows
- 15 m² living room with pull-out sofa bed, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped open kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, 4 hotplates, fridge, coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: mountain corner with bunk bed
- Bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A 12 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, a restaurant and a ski rental store, as well as immediate access to the slopes.

Activities :
- Hiking trails (on foot in summer and snowshoes in winter) start from the residence. Nordic ski area nearby.
- Toboggan runs, entertainment, bowling green and adventure course also on site.
- Snowshoeing: 17 km of marked trails.
- Downhill skiing: 90 km of slopes, including 43 trails and 15 lifts.
- Nordic ski area: 40 km of trails in a 44-hectare wooded area.
- Entertainment, shows, walks, orienteering, tennis, trails, horseback riding, via ferrata, water skiing, mountain biking, etc. can also keep your summer busy.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (1 car). Free public parking nearby.
