Immaculate Property

This was the cleanest property we've ever rented! It was perfect for our stay and the owners were so friendly and helpful. The house has all the amenities one would need - plenty of towels, a fully-stocked kitchen and a coffee maker. It sits on a pretty green RV park property and traffic noise is virtually non-existent. We had a nice visit with one of the owners. Would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again!

Family/Sisters get away.

The house accommodations were perfect for us. Plenty of room to spread out, could walk to the little store, yet enjoy the serenity of the piney woods. We will be back!

I would definitely recommend this property to others. Management was wonderful.

Home was very clean and stocked with whatever was needed to meet vacation needs. Thanks Nikki I plan to come back for future stays.

What a super Host and super nice place....

We love staying at this home. Its always a great stay. Home is always clean and spacious. They now have the store open which is walking distance so that is very nice...They have a breakfast pizza that is soooo good. We love staying at Nikki's home. This is our go to place to stay.

Everything about this place was perfect! The communication with Nikki was easy. The home was clean and comfy. It was all just what we needed to relax. We will definitely be staying here again.

We wanted to stay close to the Big Sandy area, and this property was the closest. Lots of room and well equipped.

You made our anniversary perfect.

Nothing but the best. NOTHING was left out. Super clean and complete from the porch to the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. Nikki along with the rest involved were everything you could ask for in a first class experience. All in all a WONDERFUL TIME, Thank You.

Wonderful stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Nikki was a terrific host. This house is super comfy and extra clean. We really felt at home here. There is so much room here! It was only three of us during this trip, but this house is really spacious. There were extra mattresses in the closet and a pull out couch. There is a convenience store on the property as well as a very nice RV park. The store has some really good pizza made fresh to your liking. If you’re in the area, you should definitely stay here! It’s perfect!

Nice property

Beautiful home. Lots of extras. Clean. Comfortable. My only issue, and this is a personal preference, I love to sit outside and have morning coffee and quiet time. The back porch view was a couple of RVs and it wasn’t as private as I preferred. Like I said it’s a personal preference.

Wonderful home and terrific hostess!

Nikki is a wondeful hostess and has thought of everything for the property. The ONLY thing we couldn't find was a corkscrew. Other than that, it was absolutley perfect. Very clean and oodles of space. We enjoyed a lovely fire each evening in the firepit she provided - along with wood (tho we had brought a bunch too so we left hers there for the next renter). The home is located just 5 miles from Naskila Gaming which has a decent and very reasonably priced restaurant - breakfasts from $5. I would highly recommend this home for 3 couples. It is located adjacent to a trailer parj which was quite handy since our 4th couple brought their trailer. Great place!!

Excellent Experience

Everything about our 2 night stay was great. Communication with the owner Nikki was extremely easy, she responded to all of my messages very quickly. Entry into the property once we arrived was seamless, especially since the owner called me directly to make sure I had all of the details I needed before I arrived. The whole property is basically spotless inside and out, very neat and clean with absolutely everything needed for an overnight stay (plenty of towels, the cabinets in the kitchen and the fridge were stocked with a selection of free snacks and drinks, every cooking utensil that you would ever need) Basically everything you would need is provided besides clothes and personal hygiene items. The internet was fast and reliable and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The Naskila tribal casino is literally 5 miles away. Needless to say we really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.

This house was amazing! Great host, great communication. Everything we needed and more was available. We locked ourselves out and they quickly helped us. The home is in excellent condition and we had a great trip!

Fantastic!

Home was very clean and well taken care of! It was stocked with all the dishes, utensils, towels and toilet paper we needed. Property Manager was very kind, informative, and caring. She even checked in to make sure we had arrived home safely! We would definitely stay in this home again.

Beautiful rental for a great price!

Had a great time! The property is beautiful and well maintained. Check in was super easy. A bit far from town with a 30 minute drive, but peaceful and secluded at the same time.
