Very clean and looks newly remodeled. Nice layout, furniture, appliances, and more. Secluded, but very close to many things.

Our 7th visit to Turtle Cottage. So relaxing and so close to the beach. Always shop at my favorite thrift shop at Rosen Church. Minnie's Cafe is great for breakfast among many other places. Farmers market was really nice. Enjoyed our stay as always.Steve and GailSeymour, IN

My girlfriends and I are grateful to Joe for offering his beautiful home to rent and enjoy. Joe communicated with us throughout the catastrophic hurricanes and took every measure to accommodate our needs. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Joe's home is spectacular and had been updated and refurnished. His home was appointed with everything we needed for our comfort, entertainment, relaxation, and enjoyment. The rent is a great value considering such spectacular, unobstructed views and selfishly enjoying them without neighbors or being among a multi-unit property.Every day we were greeted with the most colorful and glorious sunrises, meandering manatees, rambunctious rays, salty sea birds, and delightful dolphins frolicking mere feet from us. Our cheeks were gently kissed by a fresh ocean breeze and we were mesmerized by the waves lapping outside our door with water colored every shade of blue and green which nourished our souls. Joe was an attentive host and responded quickly to our questions and needs leading up to and during our stay.The houses on either side were impacted by the devastating hurricanes and at various stages of disrepair. We felt it gave us a greater deal of privacy to enjoy the majestic views from the deck and ground level lounge chairs.Joe, we LOVED your place. Thank you for everything! This is our second stay at this location and we are still in love with it. You cannot beat the few steps to sand and a bit more until your feet are in the water. Everything you need, including the most comfy beach chairs are provided by Kimberly. The unit is comfortable and beautifully put together. You can walk to many places, including High Tides, our favorite restaurant right over the bridge. I cannot recommend this unit and location any more!

Very nice and clean place. Perfect for a couple. Nice outside private sitting area. Close to bridge and island. Had fun walking biking over bridge Driving easy too

I have never stayed at a condo that was so well stocked. It had everything we needed. And the communication with the owner was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was beautiful and the location was great. Pool water was heated and nice and warm. Beautiful sunsets too. Great space for just 2 people. Anna Maria Island has lots of restaurants and beaches but remains quiet and friendly. Enjoyed it immensely.

The property was really great and the host superb. We were staying there the week of Hurricane Helene, and unfortunately were required to evacuate after just a few days into our stay. The host was so amazingly gracious and helpful! She gave us regular updates as to the status of the hurricane, and when the emergency order came to evacuate, she notified us to make sure we were aware. She graciously gave us a 100% refund due to the extenuating circumstances. I'm sad to think that the place we stayed at probably got battered pretty badly during the storm surge of the hurricane. I hope they are able to rebuild and continue to offer this great Vrbo.
