Former factory, this unique space is decorated in an arty and design spirit.
Space, light and softness: 150 m2 on 3 levels.
Absolute calm, private terrace of 25 m2, without engine noise: a countryside in the center of Paris and close to everything! You will find bars, cafes and restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, self-service bike stations, etc. just a few steps away.
The house is located in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Paris, on a very pleasant street with bars, shops and great restaurants. You will be 15 minutes from the Marais, 2 Bastille stations, 6 metro lines available!
The living space is bathed in the light offered by the magnificent glass roofs, the 2 large bedrooms have their adjoining bathrooms, with, in each, a shower, bathtub and toilet.
