In the heart of the port district in Nice & a stone's throw from its pretty Place du Pin, discover our fully air-conditioned pied-à-terre with contemporary decoration.



You will benefit from a location close to the best restaurants in Nice and its food shops. The apartment is located on the first floor without elevator of a building, street side with double glazing.



The accommodation is composed of:

While I have absolutely fallen in love with Nice AND this location, I cannot say I would stay at this apartment again. 1) communication was so bad I had to get VRBO involved twice; my check-in was uncertain until I landed in Nice. 2) the apartment itself was perfect minus the bathroom sink which does not drain unless you lift it, and the shower that runs cold in under 10 minutes 3) the entry to this place is awful. It is a work out just getting luggage up the stairs. If you have a red eye flight, I hope you have a flashlight because it is PITCH BLACK DARK once you leave your apartment to go downstairs outside of the building.
