Your holiday rental arranged on 2 levels includes: On the ground floor: Access via the living room or via the independent kitchen opening onto the terrace, bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom on the mezzanine (1 bed 160x200) Outside: Terrace, courtyard and pretty landscaped garden in common, shelter for cars and bicycles. Washing machine room shared by the 3 gîtes. Gîte adjoining gîte 22G121115 (3 people) and close to the owners' residence and another gîte for 2 people. SUMMER 2025: arrivals and departures on Friday - Friday in this accommodation ... long live the road without traffic jams! In the center of L'Ile Grande, on a pretty landscaped property, beautiful pink sandstone farmhouse comprising 2 adjoining gîtes, comfortably furnished, with a touch of Breton charm. You will enjoy a large garden with trees and flowers, perfect for outdoor meals, to relax and read... It is really an address to select to discover this charming little island which will seduce you with its pebble beaches and of white sand, its small port Saint Sauveur, a fishermen's paradise: a real change of scenery! the coastal path, marked GR, 7 km long, will allow you to go around the island in around 2h30. You can walk to the town center, just 300 m away (a few shops) and the beach The dunes of Toul Gwenn: a windsurfer's paradise. The Big Island can only seduce you! 7 km from Pleumeur-Bodou - the radome park (Télécoms city, planetarium, Gaulish village...) the megaliths...,, 8 km from Trégastel, 13.5 km from Lannion and Perros-Guirec. On the Pink Granite Coast, charming holiday home on Ile Grande for 2 people, a stone's throw from the beach.

Petit nid entre terre et mer

Maison propre et bien adaptée à deux personnes. Joli jardin en face. La maison est très bien située et les environs sont magnifiques. Top !

Très beau séjour dans les Côtes Armor

Super accueil dans ce très beau gîte. Par rapport à quelques difficultés que nous avons eues à titre personnel, les propriétaires et la personne chargée de l accueil nous ont aidé à trouver une solution localement. Merci encore.

Gîte cocooning

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable, le gîte est très bien placé, tout près de la mer et du chemin de randonnée qui fait le tour de l’île …Katell et Jean-Philippe sont d’une extrême gentillesse, nous avons appréciées la bouteille de cidre et les biscuits bretons mis à notre disposition…
