The villa offers ample living space for up to 6 guests and space to relax. Children up to 6 years free of charge! All bedrooms have access to the pool area and the heated swimming pool (electric heat pump). The pool is operated without chlorine with a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. This is an advantage for people with sensitive skin - the water does not feel salty - rather it is soft and very pleasant for skin and hair.
The villa is in one of the most sought-after areas of Cape Coral at the end of a dead-end street without through traffic, surrounded by water from the south and west (corner property with a lot of privacy). The house is furnished by the owners with great taste and attention to detail and offers a relaxing atmosphere.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and will be collected at the check-out on site.

The Marinas Tarpon Point, Cape Harbor with great restaurants and shops, as well as the River are only a few minutes away by boat or car.
For the best US steaks a barbecue gas grill, sheltered under the generous lanai, is available. The whole Lanai pool area is protected by a new "NO-SEE-UMS insect screen". This is currently the latest technology - keeps even the invisible small mosquitoes away.
Explore the tropical waterways and the natural beaches with a rented sport boat (recommended). This is the fastest way (no bridges or locks, only a few minutes to the river) to reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva. The existing dock, with boat and jet ski lift, is available for your own rental boats. Park your oversized sailing or motor yacht comfortably at the in-house Captain's walk.
A stand-up paddle board is available free of charge for exploring the immediate neighborhood canals and for daily fitness.
Start the day with a delicious Nespresso coffee (please bring capsules from home). WLAN internet access is available free of charge.
On site you will be looked after by our German and English-speaking property management.
There is a strict smoking ban in the villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
