Farmhouse completely renovated in 2021 with new HVAC, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, etc. Large covered front porch as well as attached sun deck with dip pool perfect for releasing the stresses of city life! The house is on a hilltop with a great view and guests have access to the 86 acre property for fishing and other outdoor activities.
Do NOT book in direction continuation of prior rental. ONE DAY REQUIRED FOR CLEANING!

A lovely farmhouse that made for a relaxing base after long days. Furnishings, beds and decor were top notch. Loved waking up the sounds a cattle grazing nearby and mornings on the porch.

We had an amazing stay! Beautifully done farmhouse that felt like home. It was very clean and inviting. The host reached out to tell us about the property and again to give us explicit directions. Perfect accommodations for us, near the Half Moon Empire wedding venue.

Everything was great! The host was very friendly, accommodating, and accessible. Although we didn’t need all of the upstairs beds, it would be most awesome for a number of people to enjoy their time up there. I give it 5 stars.

We have family in near by towns and came in for the Thanksgiving holiday. Our kids felt at home right away. The amenities were all that we were seeking for our weekend getaway. The owner was very responsive and the property and home was beautiful.

Peaceful retreat

The property is set on gorgeous acreage. The wraparound porch is fantastic for lounging and conversations. The decor is an intriguing mix of antiques and modern comforts. We had a wonderful stay.

Labor Day Get Away

Great time in and around Shiner, TX! Kids loved the fishing tanks. We all enjoyed the home; it was very accommodating for 7 kids (17 to 8) and 4 adults.

Shiner wedding

It was a fantastic property, I was in town for a wedding and the property and location suited my needs perfectly! Everything that was listed was provided, there’s nothing like leaving the city for a few days to recharge in a beautiful small town like Shiner!

Absolutely wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was clean, comfortable and decor was beautiful. My grandkids loves the upstairs. They thought it was so cool. Beds were extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this property. Excellent stay

Best place ever

This was a great experience for me and my family. We stayed a whole week Mr. Travis the owner of the property was such a great host. We ran into a little bit of problems that Mr. Travis and the property manager, Mr. Pete they were all great thank you for the experience and hopefully we will be back next year
