Allegra and welcome to the holiday flat Costa dad Archas A5
A lovingly furnished attic flat with gallery awaits you here. On the south-facing balcony you can not only enjoy the fantastic view, but it also invites you to linger at any time of the year.
Sent is located 3 kilometres from Scuol on a sun terrace. In winter, you can easily reach the ‘Motta Naluns’ ski area in 15 minutes on the free ski bus. The 10 km long dream piste leads to the northern edge of the village of Sent and ends not far above the holiday flat.
The holiday flat has a bright living and dining room with access to the balcony. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Two double bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, one with a French double bed and two bathrooms. (1 x bath / WC / washbasin + 1 x shower / WC / washbasin). The lift takes you comfortably from the underground car park to the flat.
The prices include :
- Bed linen (the beds are made according to the number of persons)
- Towelling
- kitchen linen
- all additional costs such as electricity, water, etc.
- 1 reserved parking space in the garage (height 2.25m)
