Very nice penthouse apartment located in Estepona, a few steps from the sea.
It consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room, perfectly equipped American kitchen and bright dining room overlooking a very large terrace with sea view. The Las Olas complex was delivered in 2021.
The apartment is located in front of a large swimming pool for both adults and children and people with reduced mobility. You can take advantage of a private parking space giving direct access to your apartment in Penthouse, via an elevator. The most beautiful beaches of Estepona are a five-minute walk from the apartment, as well as all the amenities: supermarket, restaurants, leisure areas.
Within the complex, you will also find a children's play area and an outdoor gym. The city of Estepona is a few minutes away by car.
Perfect for a holiday with family or friends.
You will have access to the entire accommodation. The common areas are composed of the swimming pool, the gym and the children's area.
You will be welcomed in person by a member of the Made With Love Property Management team. This person will give you the keys to the accommodation, will be available for you throughout your stay. She will also be present on the day of your departure so that you can give her the key to the accommodation, you will make the inventory of the accommodation together and she will give you your rental guarantee.
The neighborhood as well as the complex are extremely quiet. The complex is secure. Access to the various shops is extremely easy as well as access to the beach, which can be reached on foot in five minutes.
It is always better to be in possession of a vehicle when you come on holiday to Marbella as there are so many tourist sites. However, in the Las Olas urbanization, it is very easy to go shopping.
