I am thrilled to welcome guests from all over the world to “Casita del sol”. This is the place I would want to stay if I was staying in Tubac, Az. I enjoy meeting people from all over, far or near. Travel and exploring new places is one of my passions. I am a proud Tucsonan, who is excited to share this adventure with you. This casita offers everything you would need when away from home. It is a 3BR & 2 BA and offers great Mountain View’s.

Greatly family long weekend revisiting the area after many years. Enjoyed long time family favorites like Wisdoms and found some new treats.

Great location!

Perfect location, super clean condo, great indoor and outdoor space. Pool area was lovely. Beds and pillows were not super comfortable. A little odd that we were expected to wash the towels. Other than that, it was perfect for our girls’ weekend!

This property was very cute. Perfect weekend for the Art Festival and walkable to restaurants. Nice swimming Pool. There was a bit of traffic noise as it was close to the highway, but not bad. Plenty of nice dishes and glasses for libations. Could definitely use more wash clothes in the bathrooms, 1 was not enough.

Owner never gave us arrival information so we were not able to enter. We spent two nights in a hotel while arranging another place to stay for four weeks. VRBO help line did what they could, but it was stressful and we lost two days vacation.

Beautiful accommodations. Walking distance to Tubac. Upper Master bedroom does require to handle stairs. Nice view from the upper veranda. The owner very responsive.

Perfect Stay

The home is exactly as advertised and beautiful! Super clean and and in an amazing part of the complex (super close to the awesome pool)! We had a fantastic trip. Highly recommend this rental for anyone wanting to have a great time in the Tubac area!

Lovely VRBO

We had an amazing weekend. Close to great shopping and restaurants. Great pool area. Would recommend owner get a king in the master and move the queen downstairs. 😁

Neat But Not Appointed for 8 Guests as Advertised

This unit was very clean and neatly decorated. The grounds were pretty and quiet and the location was great. We did not use any of the property's amenities such as the pool and work-out room. That said, the property was advertised to accommodate eight people and it did not. The fourth 'bed' was the sofa and trundle, which is fine, except that the trundle constantly rolled away from the sofa making it impossible for two people to sleep on it. Sheets also were not provided and, as per the owner, we didn't need them because it's a sofa. Not only is that unhygienic, if the sofa is advertised as a bed, it should be appointed that way and if we'd needed it to sleep two people it never would have worked. Additionally, the unit was equipped with only three dinner plates, six glasses, six bath towels and two hand towels. Since the unit was advertised to accommodate eight people, I found the lack of basic items to be extremely inconvenient and substandard. Even low-end motels provide more towels than that. We had to purchase paper plates and, thankfully, one member of party brought extra towels. We still did laundry three times in three days, which isn't exactly how seven mommas on a girls trip wanted to spend their free time. If you have a small party, this property will be lovely for you. If you have a large group, you should keep looking or be prepared to bring extra towels, sheets and dinnerware.

Very nice unit, clean and ready to enjoy. Owner/Manager was exceptional in timely communications. If we emailed a question, had a response almost immediately.

Now let me tell you a bit about myself.I am a very fun and easy going person who is very excited to meet new people as I continue to grow in this new chapter of my life. I enjoy being outdoors,staying active and watching movies. I love watching the sunsets which is one very good thing Arizona offers. I am bilingual, I speak Spanish and English. I enjoy traveling all over and I think one of my favorite places to travel is Mexico.
