The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator). A washing machine is also available.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A wardrobe is provided to store your belongings, making you feel right at home.

The bathroom has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke and carbon monoxide detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
