Great view, Bad owners, Everytime you turn around they are taking extra money from you. The phones didn't work so I bought some brand new ones and leff them there just to make the owner happy but that didn't work they still keep my deposits plus they wanted more and I had to pay.Bad ending.
Portable landline phones are provided in the kitchen and the master bedroom for local calls only. (Most tenants choose to use their cell phones during the rental period.) This tenant wanted landlines in every room. The Condo CCR's dictate that the property must be rented for a minimum of 6 months which was made clear when signing the lease and is it posted on the VRBO Listing. The tenant emailed us after 4 months saying that he was going to Europe and wanted to move out with 2 months left on the lease. When we refused to break the lease the tenant became disgruntled. When the lease was up, he moved out of the condo and did not clean it, left upholstered furniture and pillows out on the balcony in the rain. They were wet and mildewed and had to be thrown away. We subtracted the damage from his deposit with receipts documenting everything.
We stayed for 1 year in this property and loved every minute! It is perfectly located and beautifully furnished. It is private and quiet.... the perfect get-away! The view is outstanding day and night... you will not be able to get enough of the bay ships passing by from all over the world.
We were within walking distance to wonderful restaurants (Tartine's, Candelas, Peohe's etc), the Hotel del Coronado (#1 beach in the US!), and Lamb's Player Theater which had quality shows all year long. Every morning or evening we could walk the bay/waterfront from this condo all the way to the Coronado Bay Bridge - a breathtaking walk along the skyline & city lights of San Diego!
We were so glad we put a year in this Coronado/San Diego condo on our bucket list! It was very difficult for us to leave.
