Pretty secure residence right on the water where you will not have to cross a street, direct beach access from the residence, a spacious apartment located on the 1st floor composed of an entrance with cupboard, a large bright living room with a beautiful equipped kitchen and furnished, a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds 1 cupboard and 1 140 cm bed, a 2nd bedroom with 140 cm bed and storage, and a 3rd bedroom / living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with spacious shower and a separate toilet.
All opening onto a beautiful covered south-facing terrace.
Equipment: TV, Fridge/freezer, Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture...
